In the course of its many education and training ventures, ITRISA draws on the expertise of numerous industry and academic specialists in southern Africa. Such specialists range from international bankers and insurance brokers to freight forwarders and international trade consultants.

Linkages and support

Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation of Africa Limited provides a number of study bursaries each year to selected candidates of ITRISA's Certificate in International Trade, Advanced Certificate in International Trade (Exports) and Diploma in International Trade Management (Exports), while ITRISA's education material is licensed to North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus) for use in the latter’s undergraduate and postgraduate commerce degree programmes. ITRISA also has a joint venture with the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry in terms of which the two organisations collaborate in the marketing and delivery of import and export training courses to the business community in KwaZulu-Natal.

ITRISA also has a joint venture with the IQuad Group in terms of which the two organisations collaborate in the marketing and delivery of import and export training courses to businesses throughout South Africa.
